Last year my school is having a recycling campaing. Our teacher has divided us into a group. First group, directed to collect all old newspaper, bottle and books to recycle. While the second group, directed to collect vegetables, fruit peals and leaves to be compose. Other than that, our Recycle Club have made a poster about recyle.The information in the poster to ask us to stop use or use less plastic bags, styrofom and use more recycle containers because it can help to save our nature. Last but not least, our Recycle Club have an activity for student to reuse all the plastic bottle and change it to pencil case, storing food and many more. I think that's all from me. Bye
Last Saturday,SMK Teratai held a recycling campaign.Once we arrived at school my friends and I straight go to the assembly point.The teacher in-charge,Miss Auni had form some group for us and divide the duties for each group.
Some of the student was given order to recycle the old newspaper,books and bootle.Some of us also was given task to compost organic waste such as vegetable,fruit peel and leaves.Our school also practice to use less non recyclable thing such as strofoam and plastic bags had banned by our school.We will use more recyclable container.We also can reuse bottles using our creativity such us pencil holders,storing food and serving drink.
After finish all the duties we are given some food then we can go back home.My opinion about this campaign is I think this campaign gave a lot of benefit to us bacause we can cure the enviroment of earth.We should take care of our nature for the good sake of us.I think I will end it here,that's only from me.Thank you.

There are some activities we do such as collect all the recycled things in our school such as old newspapers, books and bottles. A lorry has come to pick up all the recycled things to bring to recycle centre. We also do compost made from vegetables, fruits peel and leaves.In this campaign, we were told to use less the styrofoam, and plastic bags. We also told to use more recyclable containers. The last activity that we do was reuse the recyled things such from plastic bottle to pencil holder, storing food and serving drinks. we were very happy about the campaign and we will train ourselves to be more disciplined with recycling practices.

In the effort of encouraging the students towards a greener lifestyle, MRSM Gerik had organised an Environment Day. The students, teachers and staffs was included of this event.
The students divided into groups by generation. First group informed to recycle the useless item. They collected old newspapers, books and bottles. Later in the afternoon, everyone gathered in the school garden for the tree-planting ceremony. Mr. Zulfazli shared with students on how to plant trees as the principal encouraged them on this experience. They worked together to clean the garden and learnt how to make compost with leftovers vegetables, fruits peel and leaves for their garden. The officer from Environment Department gave a speech and told the information about use and useless items. The useless items contain the styrofoam for example plastics. Meanwhile, we had encouragement to use more the recyclable containers. There was also an activity to reuse all the bottle become pencil holders for storing foods and serving drinks.
The students learnt a lot during the Environment Day. It is hoped that this events will encourage them to keep on caring for environment.
